About Me

It was 2020 and I was a few months into my career teaching in Spain. Then March hit, and suddenly I found myself teaching from home in Montreal using technology. Navigating the sudden shift to remote teaching, I discovered my knack for crafting digital presentations and lessons. This newfound passion led me to create my first website, offering English learners a space for educational games and practice.

 

Through this experience I realized two things:

1. I'm good at this!

2.It's not entirely new to me.

As a teacher, my daily lesson plans were crafted with empathy, considering each student's unique needs. Now, as a Product Designer, I leverage my educational background to approach challenges with a deep desire for knowledge and an unwavering commitment to constant learning.

These principles guided my work at Lightwave Technology, where I spearheaded the design of an end-to-end mobile app. This innovative solution empowers users to operate and share a vehicle seamlessly, eliminating the need for a traditional key fob.

My passion as a designer is fuelled by my love for people and solving problems. In today’s hectic and stressful world, I aim to help people live their best lives by making their everyday lives easier with simplicity.
